Robin Hamman MA MPhil is the Community Producer for BBC English Regions New Media where he has trained, and provides support for, 165+ members of staff involved in building online communities. Robin has been a member of various online communities since 1985 and, since 1995, has been researching and managing online communities. His articles about online community have been published in a number of edited collections, national newspapers, and magazines. He has been interviewed about his work by print and broadcast media in over a dozen countries.
