Konrad has been the manager for e-learning and e-collaboration for Siemens Learning Campus in Munich, Germany since 1998. Within Siemens he is responsible for the technology-based learning and collaboration processes and community building in the global Siemens Management Learning Programme, a programme which Siemens launched in 1997 together with Duke University, USA.
Previous to Siemens, he studied mathematics and computer science at the University of Augsburg and worked as a project manager for Internet technologies for Siemens Nixdorf and Siemens Business Services.
