Exhibition Details


The exhibition will take place in the Bishop Partridge Hall at the Church House Conference Centre, which will also be used for the coffee breaks, for the lunches and for the conference cocktail.

Exhibition facilities will be table-top only, and the exhibition tables will be placed around the perimeter of the room (with a limit of 9 tables total). The exhibition will be open simultaneously with the meeting (from 09.00 until 18.00) except for the first day (June 16) when the exhibition will open at 10 am to allow time to set up.

The 9 exhibition spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A table plus two chairs will be provided for each exhibitor; extras such as phone lines will need to be obtained directly from the conference centre.

Spaces will be for the two-day period at an inclusive rental of £795 plus VAT per space

The fee of £795 plus VAT includes break refreshments, lunch and cocktail provision for exhibition staff. It does not include admission to the main conference hall.

There are also sponsorship opportunities at this meeting. The meeting is expected to attract 150-200 attendees, including many of the main protagonists in the content field. If interested in sponsorship, please contact the organiser via email (hcollier@infonortics.com).
