General Meeting Information

Fee

The meeting fee is £645 (including VAT) and is payable in advance. The fee includes the two day meeting, all breaks, two lunches and the meeting cocktail. Please note meeting fees are payable in respect of all reservations for this event unless a cancellation has been received under the terms below. Please note that since the event is being held in the United Kingdom, all registering for the meeting are obliged to pay the British VAT charge. For those wishing to attend for only one day, there is a standard daily charge of £350 (including VAT).

Multiple bookings

Organisations will receive a discount of 15% on all bookings if three or more bookings from the same organisation are received. Bookings for multiple attendees must be received at the same time and be invoiced on the same invoice.

Cancellations and substitutions

Notice of cancellations must be received at least ten working days prior to the event (ie, by 2 June); a cancellation, refund and handling fee of £60 will be charged. Cancellations notified after this date cannot be accepted for refund, and the full meeting fee will stand. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Hotel accommodation

Hotel accommodation is not included in the meeting price. However, the conference venue in the centre of London is surrounded by a wide variety of hotels in all price ranges and categories. Meeting registration and registration times

Registrations may be made at the meeting registration desk at the Church House Conference Centre on Monday 16 June from 08.00.
The meeting sessions begin on Monday 16 June at 09.00. The meeting ends Tuesday 17 June at approximately 17.00.
The meeting mixer cocktail will take place the evening of Monday 16 June at 18.00.
