Denise Schilling, Director for Knowledge Management at Hewlett-Packard, is responsible for implementing the enterprise-wide knowledge management strategy for HP. Denise provides direction and guidance for developing the corporate culture, processes and infrastructure to support knowledge sharing principles and practices across the enterprise. Denise became an employee of Hewlett-Packard Company via the merger with Compaq Computer Corporation, which she joined in 1997. She brings more than 15 years of business management experience in a variety of industries, including Energy Marketing, Public Utilities, City and State Government, and Information Technology.
Previously, Ms. Schilling held leadership positions in pre-merger
Compaq's Worldwide Sales & Services and Enterprise Engineering
Solutions organisations. She holds a Master of Business Administration
from LeTourneau University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education
from Elmira College. She also earned a Certified Data Processor
for Business designation from the University of Houston.
