Lizzie initially trained in Drama and Dance, becoming a trainee literary and threatrical agent in 1980. She joined BBC radio in 1982 and has done every job there is. Lizzie started her own radio production company in 1992 but the BBC poached her back again to work on the newly started BBC Online, where she is now the Editor of the central Community Department.
