The meeting fee is US$ 895 and is payable in advance. The fee includes the two-day meeting, two lunches, and all breaks. Please note meeting fees are payable in respect of all reservations for this event unless a cancellation has been received under the terms below. For those booking and paying before February 22, 2005, there is an early booking price of $795. For those working at an academic institution, there is a limited number of places at a special academic rate of $550. The fee for the half-day pre-conference tutorials on April 10 is $325 per attendee, per tutorial. The tutorials are not included in the Search Engine Meeting registration, but may be booked separately. Please note tutorials are held in parallel.
Organizations will receive a discount of 15% on all bookings for the Search Engine Meeting or Tutorial if three or more bookings from the same organization are received. Bookings for multiple attendees must be received at the same time and be invoiced on the same invoice. This discount is not applicable to the academic rate.
Notice of cancellations must be received at least ten working days prior to the event (ie, before March 28, 2005); a cancellation, refund and handling fee of $95 will be charged. Cancellations notified after this date cannot be accepted for refund, and the full meeting fee will stand. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Hotel accommodation is not included in the meeting price. The meeting hotel, the Fairmont Copley Plaza, has a limited block of rooms available for attendees at this meeting. The special meeting rate is $229 per room per night. Those booking should mention "Search Engine Meeting: Infonortics" to be given this special rate. Once this room block is fully occupied, normal hotel rates may apply. Reservations must be made before March 9 to take advantage of the special room rate. Registering at the hotel website (www.fairmont.com) will require the event code GRINF1 to get the meeting rate.

at the Fairmont Copley Plaza on Sunday 10 April from 4 pm until
6.30 pm, or on Monday 11 April from 7.45 am.
Tutorial registrations are Sunday April 10 from 12.30 pm.
The meeting sessions begin on Monday April 11 at 9 am. The meeting ends Tuesday April 20 at approximately 5 pm.. Pre-conference breakfast on the Monday and Tuesday mornings is from 8 am..
