Dr Johannes C. Scholtes is President & CEO of ZyLAB. In 1988 he initiated the European activities of ZyLAB, and in 2002 he coordinated the acquisition of certain assets of ZyLAB, Inc. and the take-over of the North American activities. Currently, he spends most of his time expanding ZyLAB’s North-American activities. Before founding ZyLAB Technologies BV, Dr. Scholtes worked as a Naval officer for the Intelligence Department of the Royal Dutch Navy. Dr Scholtes holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology and a PhD in Computational Linguistics from the University of Amsterdam.
