Prabhakar Raghavan is the chief technology officer of Verity,
where he is responsible for the technical strategy of the corporation.
Raghavan has more than 20 years of experience in creating innovative
technologies in web, security and storage architecture. Prior
to joining Verity, he worked for 14 years in a variety of technical
and managerial positions at IBM.
Dr Raghavan is consulting professor of computer science at Stanford
University, and has also taught at Yale. He holds a PhD from the
University of California at Berkeley and is a Fellow of the ACM
and the IEEE.
