Bruce Molloy is the CEO of Connotate Technologies Inc and an entrepreneur with a solid track record building technology companies. He was the CEO of the software company Molloy Group, Inc that provided customer service and CRM solutions to companies such as Hewlett Packard, Accenture, Bear Stearns and others. He invented the patented "Cognitive Processing", technology that enabled the company's products to "learn through experience" automatically. In 1999, the company merged with ServiceWare Technologies, which was later taken public in a successful IPO. Mr Molloy was previously Founder and President of TMG, a technology consulting firm which provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens and others. In his career he has designed five commercial software products, and won several industry awards, including LAN Magazine (Product of the Year), ServiceNews, NetWork VAR, and Crossroads (One to Watch). He is a recognized authority in knowledge management and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, WCBS Radio, Call Center Magazine, CIO, Profiles Magazine, and Network News. He holds a BA in Physics and Music from Columbia University.
