Rod currently manages the day-to-day operations for STN, an
online scientific and technical information service offered jointly
by CAS in Columbus, Ohio, FIZ Karlsruhe in Germany, and JST in
Japan. He is responsible for launching and supporting STN's analysis
and visualization products.
Rod has held several positions at CAS over the years, including
managing scientific software development and patent user education.
Rod was most recently e-Business Manager, responsible for implementing
CAS' CRM programs.
Rod also held chemical and engineering research positions at Ashland
Chemical Company in Dublin, Ohio, prior to joining CAS. He has
degrees in Chemistry and French.
