David Bean co-founded Attensity Corporation, the innovator in unstructured data applications for commercial enterprises and government agencies, and is currently its chief technology officer. Prior to Attensity, he was an IS director and consultant in the healthcare industry. David also has been a research assistant and guest lecturer in engineering and linguistics departments. He is the inventor on eight pending US software patents. David received a BA in French and Arabic from the University of Utah, and a MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona School of Business. He received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
