Those wishing to register online but to pay an invoice, should ensure that their payment reaches us by any posted cut-off date for special rate bookings. You will only be able to register for the conference if you have pre-paid your conference registration. You may cancel your registration up to 10 working days before the start of the meeting. A cancellation, refund, invoicing and handling fee will be charged if you cancel. If you cancel less than 10 working days before the meeting, there will be no refund. At any time you may, however, send a substitute.
Hotel, travel and accommodation charges are never included in our conference rates. If appropriate, you will be sent a hotel booking form entitling you to any special hotel rate when we receive your conference booking.
It is our normal practice to give a discount of 15% for bookings for three people or more from the same organisation. To benefit from this discount, all attendees must be booked at the same time and paid on one invoice (we cannot give retrospective discounts); academic rates are not included in this discount offer. Academic rate, where offered, applies only to those working full-time at a recognised academic institution – school, college or university.
As a company registered in Britain, we are required to collect VAT (sales tax) on all conference invoices if our conferences are held and attended anywhere within the United Kingdom. For meetings held outside the UK we do not charge VAT.
