Meeting Fee
The conference fee is €950 and is payable in advance. The fee includes the two and a half day conference and exhibition, two lunches, the conference cocktail, the conference welcome dinner, the Tuesday Conference Dinner, the proceedings (CD-ROM), and all breaks. Please note conference fees are payable in respect of all reservations for this event unless a cancellation has been received under the terms below.
Multiple bookings
Organisations will receive a discount of 15% on all bookings if three or more bookings from the same organisation are received. Bookings for multiple attendees must be received at the same time and be invoiced on the same invoice.
Cancellations and substitutions
Notice of cancellations must be received at least ten working days prior to the event (ie, before 6 October); a cancellation, refund and handling fee of €95 will be charged. Cancellations notified after this date cannot be accepted for refund, and the full conference fee will stand. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Hotel accommodation
Hotel accommodation is not included in the conference price. A hotel booking form will be sent to you with your joining instructions after receipt of your conference order form. There is also a further link to this hotel order form at the bottom of this page. The meeting hotel, the Boscolo Plaza, Nice, has a block of rooms available for this meeting. To obtain the conference rate of €159 per room including breakfast and tax (€179 for a two-person room), hotel bookings must be made on the meeting hotel booking form
Travel to and from Nice
The hotel is an easy taxi ride from Nice Airport (around €25 for the 5 kms). There is also a public bus service (Number 98) to and from the airport that stops at the Hotel Méridien (around 100 metres from the Hotel Boscolo Plaza). This costs around €3.50 per person.
