Exhibitor Information
Meals / Conference Registration
- All exhibition staff can access the exhibition area free
of charge and without the need to register for the meeting.
Exhibition staff who wish to attend the conference sessions
will need to register for the conference (a conference registration
includes all meals and receptions).
Exhibition staff who do not wish to attend the conference sessions,
but who do wish to participate in meals and receptions
will need to purchase a meal pass badge.

Internet Access
- This year, there is no need to purchase Internet access in
advance. Details are available here.
Rental of LCD monitors
- To save exhibitors the trouble of transporting computer monitors,
we have arranged for these to be available from a local company
if required.
Screens must be ordered in advance on this
form.
Plan of the Exhibition
- A plan of the layout of the 2006 exhibition can be viewed
here.
Stand Furnishings and Fittings
- All stands come pre-fitted with spotlights, carpets, electrical
sockets and power, and fascia boards.
Additional items can be ordered in advance directly from the
stand contractors, Stand'Up, via their order
form.
A range of chairs, shelving,
units and tables
can be viewed by clicking on the individual links.
Exhibition Set-Up and Breakdown
- The stands will be set up by the contractors on Sunday 22
October and will be ready for exhibitors to take possession after
16:00 on that day.
Breakdown will be immediately after 12:30 on Wednesday 25 October.
Exhibition Opening Hours
- On Monday and Tuesday 23 and 24 October, the exhibition will
be open from 09:30 until 18:00 each day.
On Tuesday 25 October the exhibition will be open from 09:30
until 12:00.
Dispatch of Exhibition Material
- Advance shipments of material for the exhibition may be sent
to the hotel to arrive between 17 and 20 October. Please note
that shipments should not be sent long in advance, since
the hotel has limited storage facilities. Please note also that
all items must be sent prepaid, with all delivery, customs
and VAT charges paid by the shipping agent. The hotel will not
accept goods requiring payments on delivery. Goods needing collection
and dispatch after the conference must be pre-packed, and collection
with a shipper pre-arranged. The hotel and conference organisers
cannot accept responsibility for goods left abandoned after the
end of the conference.
