Fee
The conference fee is 
950
and is payable in advance. The fee includes the two and a half
day conference and exhibition, two lunches, the conference cocktail,
the conference welcome dinner, the Tuesday Conference Dinner,
the proceedings (CD-ROM), and all breaks. Please note conference
fees are payable in respect of all reservations for this event
unless a cancellation has been received under the terms below.
For those booking and paying before 9 August 2006, there is a
special early booking rate of 825
Multiple bookings
Organisations will receive a discount of 15% on all bookings if three or more bookings from the same organisation are received. Bookings for multiple attendees must be received at the same time and be invoiced on the same invoice.
Cancellations and substitutions
Notice of cancellations must be received at least ten working days prior to the event (ie, before 8 October); a cancellation, refund and handling fee of 95 euros will be charged. Cancellations notified after this date cannot be accepted for refund, and the full conference fee will stand. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Hotel accommodation
Hotel accommodation is not included in the conference price. A hotel booking form will be sent to you with your joining instructions after receipt of your order form. The meeting hotel, the Atria Novotel Nîmes, has a block of rooms available for this meeting and will arrange comparable nearby accommodation for those who book later. Hotel bookings must be made on the meeting order form obtainable from Infonortics.

Conference registration and registration times
Registration may be made at the conference registration desk at the Atria Novotel Nîmes Centre on Sunday 22 October from 15.00 until 19.00, or on Monday 23 October from 08.00.
The Mixer Cocktail and Dinner on the Sunday evening will start at 19.30 and will be at the Atria Novotel Nîmes Centre.
The conference sessions begin on Monday 23 October at 08:45. The conference ends Wednesday 25 October at approximately 13.00.
The conference cocktail (sponsored by Questel-Orbit) will take place Monday 23 October at 18.30. The dinner and entertainment at the XXX (sponsored by Thomson Scientific) will take place Tuesday 24 October at 19.00 (when buses sponsored by TEMIS depart hotel at 18:30).
