Steven Bachrach is the Dr D. R. Semmes Distinguished Professor
of Chemistry at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. His
research activities include computational organic chemistry and
the use of the internet as a means for disseminating chemical
information. He has published over 90 articles and edited the
book The Internet: A Guide for Chemists. In addition, Dr Bachrach
serves as editor-in-chief of the Internet Journal of Chemistry
(www.ijc.com) and serves on the advisory boards of the Chemical
Preprint Server and the Trinity University Press.
