Bartow Culp is an Associate Professor of Library Science, and
has been Chemistry Librarian at Purdue University in West Lafayette,
Indiana since 1994. He earned a BS in chemistry from the University
of South Carolina, a PhD in organic chemistry from the University
of Delaware, and a Masters in Library Science from Indiana University.
He has taught in both Germany and the United States, has worked
in industry at the 3M Company and Teltech/Sopheon as a chemical
information specialist.
