Fee
The conference fee is £595 and is payable in advance. The fee includes the two and a half day conference and exhibition, two lunches, the conference cocktail, the conference dinner, the proceedings, and all breaks. Please note conference fees are payable in respect of all reservations for this event unless a cancellation has been received under the terms below.
Multiple bookings
Organisations will receive a discount of 15% on all bookings if more than two bookings from the same organisation are received. Bookings for multiple attendees must be received at the same time and be invoiced on the same invoice. This discount is not in addition to any special or early booking rates (standard rate only applies).
Cancellations and substitutions
Notice of cancellations must be received at least ten working days prior to the event (ie, by 11 October); a cancellation, refund and handling fee of £60 will be charged. Cancellations notified after this date cannot be accepted for refund, and the full conference fee will stand. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Hotel accommodation
Hotel accommodation is not included in the conference price. An Annecy Congress hotel booking form offering rates at different categories of hotels in Annecy will be sent to you with your joining instructions after receipt of your order form.
Conference registration and registration times
Registration may be made at the conference registration desk at the Impérial Palace Congress Centre on Monday 25 October from 16.30 until 19.30, or on Tuesday 26 October from 08.00.
The conference sessions begin on Tuesday 26 October at 09.00. The conference ends Thursday 28 October at approximately 13.00.
The conference welcome cocktail and dinner (sponsored by Chemical Abstracts) will take place at the Impérial Palace the evening of Monday 25 October at 19.00. The conference cocktail (sponsored by ChemWeb) will take place Tuesday 26 October at 19.00.
